illari Pro Smooth Line™

illari Pro Mono™ | illari Pro Screw™

The illari Threads Pro Smooth Line™ are quality smooth threads used for many areas of the face and body. This line includes monofilament threads (illari Pro Mono™ & illari Pro Screw™) for the natural collagen stimulation process and will dissolve over time (4–6) months.

illari Pro Mono™

Full Face & Body

ILLARI PRO MONO™ Threads are a non-invasive treatment for promoting natural collagen production (collagenesis) for long-lasting results in the area of insertion. PDO Smooth (Mono) threads can be placed in any area rejuvenation of tissues desired and can be placed in a mesh or layered pattern. PDO Smooth (Mono) sutures are ideal for large volume areas of the face and body and are versatile in both USP Size and lengths. Mono threads are the most commonly used threads for collagen remodeling and is used in stand-alone collagen and tissue filling as well as reinforcing and augmenting barbed (COG) thread placement.

PDO smooth (mono) threads are to be placed into the subcutaneous fat layer of the skin to promote the production of collagenous connective tissues around the inserted threads.

PDO (Polydioxanone) threads generally last about 6-8 months for its full biodegradation after insertion and upon insertion stimulates collagen production during that period of time. The result from this collagen stimulation may last up to 12-24 months depending upon the patient and indication corrected.

Topical anesthesia is strongly recommended for patients during the PDO Thread treatment. Swelling and edema may last 3-5 days after treatment and transient bruising may occur but is different for each patient and treatment indication.

illari Pro Screw™

Full Face & Body

PDO Screw (Twisted) Threads is a PDO smooth thread coiled around a needle for extra collagen stimulation boost and volume following each thread insertion. This will effectively increase the threads' contact area with a subcutaneous fat layer by adding more fibrous connective tissues to develop. PDO Screw Thread sutures for greater pushing up and volumizing of tissues compared with basic smooth (monofilament) threads. These threads are very popular due to their versatility and ability to support tissues while increasing collagen volume in deficit tissues.

In combination, PDO screw (twisted) thread sutures are used to support tissues and can be placed in a mesh pattern to reinforce barbed (cog) thread placement while enhancing the overall effect of treatment. The main advantage of using screw PDO threads is it reduces the amount of smooth (monofilament-type) needed for differing aesthetic applications.

PDO screw (twisted) thread sutures are to be placed into the subcutaneous fat layer of the skin to promote the production of collagenous connective tissues around the inserted threads.
